Your primary focus will be on crafting and executing strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand message across all channels. By leveraging your expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, you will lead a talented team to optimize campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and ultimately generate high-quality leads that contribute significantly to the company’s growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee the entire marketing and advertising landscape, including digital, print, direct mail, trade shows, and other relevant channels. Campaign Management: Lead and manage the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Collaborate with the PPC Specialist and other marketing team members to optimize paid advertising efforts. Cross-Channel Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing efforts across all channels. Foster collaboration between the marketing, design, content, and sales teams for cohesive messaging and branding. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels. Monitor and analyze marketing expenditures to maximize return on investment. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide regular performance reports and insights to the leadership team, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance on professional development and skills enhancement.
