Seeking a Brand Manager who is ready to make an impact by contributing to the development and execution of brand strategies that align with our business objectives. In this role, you will play a leading role in shaping our brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines. If you are passionate about strategic planning, mentoring, integrated marketing campaigns, brand management, market research, budget management, stakeholder collaboration, and performance tracking, we would love to hear from you.

From day-to-day, you’ll be part of…

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Lead the team to develop and execute brand strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.


  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior teammates to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Serve as a role model, equipping them with the tools and support needed to enhance their professional growth.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all communications.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Lead the strategic planning process, including market analysis, target audience identification, and brand positioning.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum return on investment.

Performance Tracking:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing related subjects
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing and brand management in the consumer goods industry.
  • Experience in FMCG / personal care/  beauty industry is highly preferred
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and creative team player with strong business acumen.
  • Knowledge of market trends and consumer insights, with the ability to use data to inform brand strategy.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Brand Manager.
