BRAND MARKETING As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand marketing strategies to enhance our company’s presence, reputation, and profitability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, sales, retail, customer experience, product, and senior management to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. This is a hands-on role where you will be working across all levels of the marketing funnel. Requirements What to expect from Brand Marketing Manager position at VavaCars: Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives and target audience insights to deliver the business goals and champion the brand rooted in positive word-of-mouth (WOM). Brand Positioning and Messaging: Define and articulate the unique value proposition of our brand, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase brand loyalty. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content including but not limited to website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize online brand presence through digital channels. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation. Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints. Public Relations Management: Develop and execute strategic public relations initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation and manage its public image. This includes cultivating relationships with key media contacts, drafting press releases, coordinating media interviews and events, and monitoring media coverage to ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives. Partnerships and Sponsorships: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand brand reach and relevance. Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the performance of brand marketing initiatives, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of brand marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. What will you bring: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Min 7-8 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies that drive business results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of emerging trends in branding, marketing, and technology. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals. Strong written and verbal English is required.
