You’re going to be a force in the business world, and understand that becoming a BDR is the best possible foundation to start with. You’re hungry, an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations through LinkedIn, email or a (dare we say it) cold call. Nothing scares you, including the C-Suite. You are capable of prospecting using data and personalization, initiating key conversations that lead to meetings and ultimately growth and revenue for Hyro. Your ability to persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections is top notch, and you promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Finally, you enjoy building – you like to actively participate in the development of our sales processes and the articulation of our value proposition through the creation of content. Responsibilities

  • Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies
  • Showcase strong writing skills and become a brand ambassador through the creation of content, email marketing and more
  • A/B test our messaging and personalized cadences via Salesloft, HubSpot and other platforms
  • Leverage buyer intent data to prioritize outreach across key verticals
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline through generating SQLs for Account Executives
  • Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at key accounts in order to book sales demos and influence company revenue
  • Use event marketing, including physical conferences, as a springboard to get in front of Hyro’s ICPs

Requirements

  • 1 years of proven experience in a Sales or Marketing role
  • Native or near-native level of English
  • SaaS and/or B2B enterprise experience
  • Strong and creative writing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
  • CRM/Salesforce experience – an advantage
  • Knowledge about Conversational AI – an advantage
  • Will to win, thick-skinned and tenacious
  • Unbreakable integrity, high energy, and pure dedication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Methodological, organized and super driven
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Capacity to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
  • Team player with a positive and fun attitude
