Your department: Client success The Client Success department is part of the commercial team at Studyportals. The department is in close contact with our clients, and responsible for understanding their marketing needs and offering relevant advice. Excellent communication with the client will be your and your team’s number one priority! Your main responsibilities: – Online promotional campaign implementation, monitoring and optimisation, as well as explaining the results to the client – Constantly collaborating with the regional sales teams to ensure client satisfaction – Developing lasting relationships with the university representatives to better fulfil their marketing needs for student recruitment – Using specific tools to manage the daily workload.
