Are you passionate about driving strategic marketing initiatives, shaping brand identity, and spearheading transformative growth strategies?

If so, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic CMO to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand to new heights.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and lead the overall customer marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and long-term vision
  • Define and maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels
  • Manage offline and digital customer marketing efforts, including website optimisation, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising
  • Develop a content marketing strategy that includes creating valuable and engaging content to attract and retain customers
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, make data-driven decisions, and optimize strategies for better ROI
  • Manage the customer marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve strategic goals
  • Explore and cultivate partnerships and alliances with other organizations to expand market reach and create synergies
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO, board of directors, or other key stakeholders regarding marketing performance and the achievement of strategic objectives

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • At least 5+ years of proven working experience in Customer Marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of the professional service marketing specifics IT industry trends.
  • Ability to manage different C-level stakeholders and influence them in communicating marketing needs and strategy
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies
  • Brand Management Skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to measure marketing effectiveness, track key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions
  • Value and results-driven
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to have:

  • Ability to speak on stage
  • Ability to organize and host international business events

For this position, we offer a gross salary of 5000€/month or more, depending on your experience and qualifications.
