Job Description

ICS is an international digital marketing and translations agency that strives to deliver exceptional language support and full-service SEO strategies that drive worldwide rankings. We have teams that are passionate about delivering multilingual services in a range of exciting sectors. As an integral voice in the Content team, you’ll be responsible for managing SEO-fuelled content campaigns, often spanning multiple markets, working closely with Content Executives, editors and freelance writers to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget. The role: Permanent, full time Salary: £27,500 – £32,000 Hybrid working (minimum of 1 day per week in the office) Client/Account Management – 50% Foster enduring client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery of content campaigns Effective and proactive client communication Adapting to legislative or client-driven changes Internal Management – 30% Liaising with executives to facilitate campaign orders and internal setup Collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal planning for writing and editing Content Delivery – 20% Overseeing content production across a number of languages and markets Crafting detailed content briefs, troubleshooting campaigns and maintaining accountability across accounts Accurate and timely reporting of success and progress across accounts Requirements: Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels Impeccable attention to detail Good presentation skills and interpersonal abilities Results-orientated, with the ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines Experience in a client-facing environment and the confidence to contribute to client calls and/or meetings Proven time-management and organisational skills with the ability to self-motivate A good understanding of content marketing and SEO services Benefits: 33 days annual leave Birthday off Work abroad policy (up to 30 days per year) Competitive pension scheme (matched up to 7%) Industry-leading family policies Hybrid, flexible working Life Assurance and private Bupa healthcare Regular team socials Free weekly breakfasts!
