We are currently looking for an ambitious and energetic CRM Assistant to join our thriving team. Reporting into the CRM Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the CRM team deliver day-to-day execution and management of our automated, candidate-facing marketing campaigns. This is an exciting entry level role which will greatly contribute to us shaping and evolving the job seeker experience. As the CRM Assistant, you will leverage our customer engagement platform, Iterable, to build and execute campaigns, track performance and share results. You will also contribute to content creation for all our campaigns and ensure we adopt best practices for all day-to-day operations. Perhaps you are recent graduate looking for your first step. Or you have work experience within a CRM or Digital Marketing function and eager to pursue this further. Either way, this role could be perfect for you! Allowing you to gain valuable knowledge of customer retention and loyalty, it provides a fantastic entry into a career in CRM. Responsibilities: Your day-to-day tasks will include: Supporting the development & execution of all CRM journeys and campaigns. Supporting the deployment of additional paid for client products. Compiling campaign content and submitting briefs to our inhouse design team. Maintaining department tracking logs and reporting dashboards. Measuring campaign results, collating data and compiling accurate performance reports. Assisting the team on the development of our CRM lifecycles and cross channel operations. Maintaining day-to-day ‘business as usual’ operations within Iterable. Gathering insight from market trends and industry best practices to help shape campaign execution.
