As our CRM Coordinator, you will report to our CRM Director and work closely with our CRM Automation Specialist. The role supports a fast-paced CRM team that is focused on driving member acquisition, retention and engagement through Email, SMS & PUSH channels. The ideal candidate is seeking an opportunity to have a real impact on a fast-growing and exciting brand. They will be responsible for managing and updating the CRM calendar, executing QA process to ensure flawless execution of CRM campaigns, creating and managing Coupon codes, acting as liaison with the Member Happiness team, and updating/distributing CRM program reporting. Responsibilities: Maintain CRM marketing calendar, ensuring that CRM Email, PUSH and SMS campaigns are adhering to workback schedules to launch campaigns on time. Coordinate and collaborate tasks across creative team, agencies, product team, and tech teams to ensure tasks are being fulfilled on time. Execute thorough QA (Quality Assurance) process: ensuring accuracy of copy and creative, links and menu items are working, and that all campaigns are in accordance with CASL regulations and best practices. Act as liaison between CRM and Member Happiness team – sharing updates on upcoming CRM programs, offers, contests OR for any errors or issues. Report on the effectiveness of our CRM programs – active customer growth, lift over control, and optimized performance – laddering up to the Quarterly KPI targets. Report on the effectiveness of our CRM programs, member growth, revenue and provide recommendations for future campaigns based on past results. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (marketing or communication related fields); 2-3 years of Digital marketing coordination experience; 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, executing CRM campaigns and reporting. Keen attention to detail. Strong organization and prioritization skills. Excited to work in a fast-paced environment. Analytical discipline with a focus on making data-driven decisions. Strong Excel or Google sheets skills. Great written communication skills (in both English and French). A customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Passion for cooking and food.
