The Role

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Executive, to be based from either our Harrogate or London office. Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing, this position will deliver outstanding in-store customer experience whilst supporting NEOM Wellbeing brand awareness, sales, and profitability growth objectives.

With a key focus on NEOM retail stores including window displays, in-store VM, store events, roadshows and support with local digital marketing to drive footfall and awareness. Working within the Customer Marketing team to deliver integrated marketing projects across all third party digital and physical channels (excluding neomwellbeing.com), including NEOM Wellbeing retail stores and third party department stores.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar position, with prior project management, print and production management experience. Someone with an eye for design, visual merchandising and window display. With the ability to understand the shopper mindset and channel shopper insights to our briefing and marketing activation plans.

What You Will Do

  • Support Head of Customer Marketing by implementing first class retail store experience, VM, local events and windows.
  • Create local plans for the NEOM stores, including Marketing, CRM, social, eventing and POS toolkits, working closely with relevant teams to activate.
  • Be the day-to-day contact for the NEOM retail and education teams. Supporting them to implement the VM guidelines and ensure the spaces look beautiful at all times.
  • Support with Wholesale/Department Store production requests including liaising with internal and freelance designers and production suppliers e.g. digital banners, product page assets, planograms, display cards & price strips, VM units.
  • Brief into design and artwork the channel specific marketing assets for new product launches, monthly GWPs, ad hoc requests for top customers, key seasonal moments.
  • Support Head of Customer Marketing and Commercial Managers with all wholesale customer additional space opportunities in High Street department stores.
  • Drive footfall and build an engaged local customer base through strong regional social and CRM plans
  • Implement retail store event news with social, CRM and website teams to ensure all events are promoted by NEOM D2C channels.
  • Implementation for all retail store VM, print and physical elements.
  • Responsible for all retail store print and production management for third party print requirements (sourcing quotes, sending artwork, checking prototypes).

Requirements

  • 3 years experience as a Customer Marketing Executive or similar position
  • Project management, print and production management experience.
  • Good eye for design, visual merchandising.
  • Previous marketing or agency experience is desirable.
  • Demonstrate a true passion for wellbeing and retail.
  • Extremely well organised, methodical and efficient.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Have proficient computer skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Shopper mindset – ability to empathise with the shopper and channel the shopper insights to the briefing and marketing activation plans.
  • Drivers Licence and comfortable with regular travel to our different retails stores across the UK.
  • Collaborative and communicative to ensure that all activity is co-ordinated, aligned with the brand and meets business and customer requirements.  
  • High energy, willingness to learn and the desire to get stuck in.
  • Team focused with a can-do attitude and a positive, growth mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail & excellent communicator.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced business with a ‘start up’ mentality and approach.
  • Genuine passion & enthusiasm for the brand, and beauty/wellness industry.
