Digital Acquisition Manager 

12 month FTC – Maternity cover – Starting June 2024

Position Overview

We’re in search of a strategic Digital Acquisition Manager to lead customer acquisition efforts and drive growth through digital channels. Must possess strong digital marketing background, proven track record in campaign development, and thrive in dynamic environments. 

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 

– Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing or acquisition roles. 

– Proven track record in planning and optimising campaigns for measurable results. 

– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 

– Strong analytical and communication skills. 

– Results-oriented with a passion for driving growth. 

– Digital marketing certifications a plus. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital acquisition strategy across key channels (e.g., SEO, paid search, social media, affiliate marketing, partnerships). 
  • Manage digital marketing agency relationships and media spend. 
  • Implement campaigns to boost website traffic and conversions. 
  • Own and lead on digital sales targets, reporting results to the business. 
  • Analyse campaign performance data for optimisation. 
  • Provide reporting on return on spend and performance across all paid for channels. 
  • Implement optimisation strategies (CRO) to increase site-wide conversion rates. 
  • Working with product team, develop strategies to improve user journeys that support both lead generation, direct online sales and enhanced customer experience. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies. 
  • Manage external partnerships to maximize ROI. 
  • Report on metrics, trends, and performance to stakeholders
