  • Day-to-day management of cross channel digital campaigns across Search, Social and Display, ensuring a high standard of operational excellence
  • Involvement in day-to-day client communications
  • Work closely with 3rd party vendors and publishers to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Has strong understanding and takes ownership of campaign tracking, execution, campaign optimization and reporting with minimal supervision
  • Involvement in cross channel budget planning and strategies for clients across different industries to deliver against client objectives and KPIs
  • Propose A/B testing with regular optimizations
  • Work closely with cross market teams to ensure regional excellence
  • Develop a strong knowledge of client, product, and channel knowledge
  • Develop strong knowledge and understanding across client products and channels


  • Bachelor’s degree in a Media/Advertising or a related field preferred
  • Minimally 1.5 years of experience in performance marketing in agency
  • Exposure to cross channel media activation campaign management (SEM/Social/Display and etc.)
  • Exposure and knowledge across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk and etc.
  • A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Great analytical skills (including quantitative analysis) and proven critical thinking capability
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent numeracy understanding
  • Self-motivated & inquisitive
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is desirable
