Seasoned Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading company in the Toys, Confections, and Snacks industry, who is currently seeking a talented Digital Brand Marketing Specialist to join their team in NYC. This role is designated ‘hybrid’ with Monday and Friday working from home and Tuesday – Thursday in the office. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and creative execution. Key Responsibilities: – Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support brand objectives and drive consumer engagement and sales. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand Managers, Creative Teams, and Social Media Specialists, to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging. – Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and influencer partnerships. – Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive results. – Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and identify new opportunities for innovation and growth. – Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance digital marketing efforts, including creative development, media planning, and implementation. – Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives. – Regularly report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
