Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to oversee and manage our company’s online social organic and paid social marketing efforts including coordination of marketing efforts. In this position, you will own/manage organic campaigns for relevant social media platforms including Meta (FB/IG), YouTube, TikTok, Twitter and the ability to onboard new social channels (LinkedIn, Pinterest). You’ll collaborate on PPC advertising outlets and initiatives while managing our overall brand marketing calendar regarding our digital presence including our influencer program. Our ideal applicant has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or several years of social media experience including content ideation and creation. What You’ll Do – Oversee all of our social media accounts including the day-to-day management of content creation, scheduling and engagement – Develop and execute a social media marketing strategy and calendar that aligns with the marketing, events and tradeshow calendars – Oversee and implement paid digital marketing strategy and campaigns – Use analytics tools to assess and modify our campaigns – Contribute to overall weekly digital advertising reporting – Support influencer program efforts – Identify new avenues for marketing, growth and trends – Strong analytical and market research skills Requirements What You’ll Bring – Collaborative perspective with a positive attitude – Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or 3-5 years of proven social media marketing experience – Ability to ideate and create social media content – Experience with social media and PPC advertising – Proficiency with Google Analytics and attribution models – Experience with SEO software tools – Strong analytical and market research skills Preferred Experience – 1-3 years experience in the marketing of agricultural products – Cross-platform posting management experience (META, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) – Ag (farm and ranch) copywriting experience – Social and general media video editing skills
