Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Working Hours: PST, 8am to 5pm, M-F

Salary: USD 1,259-1,700

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Email Marketing: Build, Setup, and schedule email campaigns and automation via ActiveCampaign & Klaviyo
  • Optimize Google Analytics
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaign
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Create and design blogs, newsletters, or any materials used for social media and website platforms

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing
  • Must have knowledge and experience with Klaviyo, Active Campaign, Google Analytics, or any related tools
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media platforms, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
  • Has good to excellent communication skills
  • Has great attention to detail
  • Organizational Skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Requires minimal supervision
