Position : Digital Project Coordinator

Working Hours : M-F, 8:30-5:30pm or 9am-6pm, EST time zone

Salary Range : $1200-$2000

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for projects, fostering seamless communication between internal teams and external clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring an exceptional experience to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day activities in online marketing, web design, SEO, and Content projects, ensuring efficient and profitable project execution.
  • Proactively identify and comprehend client business needs, effectively communicating requirements to relevant internal and external teams, including web development, content, and marketing.
  • Efficiently manage workloads and promptly respond to customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Offer strategic guidance, conduct regular account coordination, and analyze online activity to prioritize initiatives, ultimately maximizing revenue goals and facilitating growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Project Manager, providing support across all duties related to project coordination and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management and coordination, specifically within online marketing and/or web design.
  • Previous agency experience is preferred, showcasing a solid understanding of agency workflows and client interactions.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of various digital marketing tactics, including PPC, Social Media, Display, GEO Fencing, Connected TV, Email marketing, and more.
  • Experience with web design projects, SEO, and monthly content management is a plus.
  • Exhibit strong written, communication, and organizational skills to effectively convey client needs and project requirements.
  • Proficient in using project management software, Microsoft Office, and Social Media management tools to streamline coordination and communication processes.
  • Display excellent customer service skills, being supportive, positive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with a proactive attitude towards learning and staying abreast of evolving trends and technologies in the digital services landscape.
  • Critical thinking and great attention to detail is a must.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing

  • Experience working with a US team
  • Ability to handle client facing meetings via Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent Verbal and Written  English skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency
