As an Email Marketing Specialist with a focus on email marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention for Docyt. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling email content, segment audiences, and optimize email performance to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Create and manage email marketing calendars, ensuring timely and relevant email communications aligned with marketing goals and initiatives.
  • Design and code responsive HTML email templates, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all email communications.
  • Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to deliver personalized and targeted email content.
  • A/B test email campaigns to optimize performance, including subject lines, messaging, design, and calls-to-action.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution, to identify trends and insights.
  • Use email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) to set up triggered and automated email workflows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling email content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and regulations related to email marketing, ensuring compliance with email marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on email marketing performance, communicating insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Location: Noida, UP


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
