Job Title: Google PPC Specialist

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Salary: $6 – $8 USD per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Google PPC Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing Google PPC campaigns with a sharp eye on maximizing ROI and driving measurable success in our digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and a strategic thinker with a profound expertise in Google Ads.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective Google PPC campaigns to achieve specified KPIs.
  • Manage substantial ad budgets, ensuring optimal spend across campaigns for maximum return.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, making data-driven decisions to optimize ongoing campaigns.
  • Produce detailed performance reports, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes in Google Ads and PPC practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into strategies.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure that PPC strategies are integrated with the overall marketing plan.


  • Educational Background: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in media buying or advertising analytics.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in paid digital advertising with a focus on performance marketing and PPC campaign management. Specific experience with financial services, consulting, or other data-driven fields is advantageous.
  • Google Ads Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing Google PPC campaigns. Must have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including certification in Google Ads management. Experience with Google Ads Editor is highly desirable.
  • Budget Management: Proven track record of effectively managing large-scale PPC budgets. Experience managing monthly media budgets of $50,000 or higher is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a track record of turning insights into actionable growth strategies. Knowledge of key performance marketing KPIs such as ROAS, CAC/CPA, Conversion Rate, and AOV is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Google Analytics and comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, including constructing pivot tables for reporting metrics. Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong professional verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proven ability to maintain effective internal, external, and client relationships.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, with the capability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team Collaboration: Proactive and organized, able to work well both individually and as part of a team. Thrives in a startup environment where flexibility and adaptability are key.
