AeroCloud creates modular and scalable intelligent airport management software built on leading-edge technology. Our cloud-native platform uses predictive artificial intelligence and machine learning. Together with our common-use passenger processing and self-service solutions, we deliver an innovative answer to the complex operational challenges experienced by airports across the globe.

AeroCloud’s Intelligent Airport Management System (iAMS) and Flight Management System reduce manual inputs and centralise data, making it available to all members of airport stakeholder groups. Inspection, Lease and Asset Management systems support on-site logistical planning. In addition, Common-Use Passenger Processing and Self-Service solutions and our Mobile Bag Drop app help airports efficiently manage the ups and downs in daily passenger numbers.

Our platform is 100% cloud-native, and users can access it anywhere, anytime, and on any device. We configure all modules within the Cloud and deliver remote updates quickly and easily; users can access AeroCloud’s software via a web interface, removing the need to access a local network. Airports can depend on our cloud-hosted platform’s security, fast processing speeds and scalability.


About you

As AeroCloud’s Head of Marketing, you’ll lead a dynamic marketing strategy to turbocharge our brand visibility and fuel sales growth. Collaborating across departments to improve brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and craft compelling Product marketing materials. We’re on the lookout for a hands-on strategic thinker, a creative force, and an adept leader who thrives in B2B marketing within a specific Total Addressable Market (TAM).

Summary of Role

As a Head of Marketing, you will already be a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a results-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role will be working closely with the VP of Product and with Global VP Sales as our strategy focuses on Product Marketing and supporting our outbound sales channels.

Ownership and Impact

  • Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that supports AeroCloud’s growth objectives with the primary focus of driving high quality sales leads, including product launches, sales decks, product marketing for various different channels, and brand awareness. This role will be involved in leading marketing for AeroCloud in exhibitions and conferences. Developing a comprehensive conference and exhibitions strategy that delivers on lead gen, market alignment and product fit.
  • Product Marketing: Seeking a seasoned SaaS B2B marketer with a knack for niche industries, a discrete pool of highly experienced leads, and a finely tuned ideal customer persona and buyer. If you’ve thrived in engaging customer communities, councils, and federation groups, especially with passionate consumers, we want you on our team. The ideal candidate understands the art of product development through client collaboration and excels in leveraging feedback loops to drive lead generation through effective messaging and value proposition. Exceptional communication skills are non-negotiable – we’re looking for a marketing maestro ready to make waves.
  • Digital Marketing, Brand Management and Thought Leadership: Plan and execute marketing and channel campaigns to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s). Utilising thought leadership, maintain and enhance AeroCloud’s brand identity; using SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content strategies to drive website traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement. Execute PR campaigns in partnership with our award-winning PR agency.
  • Analytics: gather, monitor and analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Monitor customer bases and identify new opportunities, forecasting future market, consumer, and sales trends. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Use targeted B2B marketing strategy to focus on specific high-value Airports that meet our defined ICP. Identify strategic buyer personas within our ideal customer profiles, explore segmentation within the targeted airports accounts, and create personalized content, campaigns tailored to derive value to buyer persona.

The duties and responsibilities of the role may vary and change depending on the AeroCloud business needs.

What are we looking for?

Experience in Start Up and Scale Up environments within a niche and technical space is a major plus. If you have experience in B2B, SAAS, or technology environments, we’d love to hear from you!

Experience in managing multiple workstreams across varying marketing channels. A proven track record of driving sales leads in a B2B environment, priority vertical/niche market experience. Relies on and utilises data to make informed decisions. Leads from the front and collaborates effectively with exceptional communication skills.

Tech-savvy, who likes to work with the latest marketing automation and analytic tools in order to drive the best MQL’s.
