Daleenda is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies and strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and influencers.


  • Proven work experience as a Head of Marketing or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on driving growth and achieving results.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
