Our Biggest goal this year is to expand our pool of clients and to achieve this goal we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong experience in the gaming industry.


  • Maintain, develop and manage a pipeline of Mobile Gaming advertiser targets. 
  • Utilise your extensive relationships with top Gaming publishers globally to drive sales and deliver revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute customised sales strategies to establish Almedia as the go-to partner for top gaming apps in the region.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gaming publishers, marketers, and C-level executives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Attend events around Europe and the world to meet and close deals.


  • +3 years experience as a seasoned sales professional, with a large global network in mobile gaming. 
  • Experience working with CRM systems (we use Pipedrive, but experience with others such as Salesforce or Hubspot is useful) and improving/optimising processes.
  • Understanding of the mobile marketing landscape, rewarded/loyalty marketing and how Almedia fits in. 
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client satisfaction and driving long-term partnerships.
