We are looking for a Loyalty & CRM Specialist based in our offices in Athens – Agia Paraskevi to evolve our dynamics in Greece and Cyprus. The role reports to the eCommerce Manager

As a CRM – Loyalty Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. You will utilize CRM systems and data analytics to understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends, and you will design targeted loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and repeat business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, commercial, and customer service to ensure the seamless execution of loyalty initiatives.


  • Set vision, strategies and goals within CRM marketing in accordance to company goals, together with the digital marketing team
  • Set, develop and drive CRM marketing plan to optimize growth, profitability, customer experience and customer life cycle
  • Constantly improve and develop our data driven customer experience and communication – based on insights, KPI’s and sales performance
  • Handling direct customer communication through e.g. email
  • Set up automated communication journeys, including customer segmentation, dynamic content, email deployment scheduling and trigger email notification, based on customer insights
  • Partner with cross-functional team to create overall strategy and share valuable customer insights internally around the consumer journey
  • Develop and enhance consumer nurture programs, including welcome, onboarding, reengagement and loyalty campaigns


  • Ability to manage a team and lead by example.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM-related positions and/or digital marketing, e-commerce.
  • Proven experience in Loyalty Programs
  • Keen on Innovation and Technology.
  • Excellent knowledge of GA4.
  • Established sense of duty and ownership.
  • Fluent in Greek & English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets & PowerPoint.
  • Analytical thinking and capability to understand business requirements.
  • Ability to translate business indicators into actionable strategies.
