Job Description


The Manager, Sales | SpotlightXR will work with the SVP, Sales to exceed revenue goals through implementation of sales and customer service strategies, working with sales managers and associates to ensure that revenue targets and goals are met for assigned accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and energize team members to provide proactive communications to clients
  • Pitch the Extreme Reach suite of services to new and existing clients
  • Initiate a sales strategy for key client accounts
  • Manage and maintain business-to-client relationships to ensure satisfaction by providing superior customer service and support
  • Stay up to date on technical trends and terminology related to the industry
  • Develop strategies to achieve and surpass sales quotas consistently
  • Set sales strategies for effectively managing all resources
  • Identify, research and contact potential new clients
  • Grow the business while expanding the Sales – Service team as needed
  • Conduct research and implement changes in accordance with changing client and industry needs
  • Provide and support strategic direction for new business partnerships.
  • Provide input into strategy for existing products and development of new products
  • Ensure that contracts are signed and up to date with assigned clients, and that the necessary information is in place for Extreme Reach to conduct business with the client
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager
  • Attend various industry events to develop/maintain strategic relationships

*Pursuant to California’s Pay Transparency Law the pay range for this position is $125,000 – $140,000; base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 4-7 years B2B sales experience
  • 2-4 years leadership experience
  • Proven ability to develop sales and negotiation skills in others
  • Proven track record of superior performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Ability to travel as needed
