Scope of the role

Your mission as a marketing assistant will be to support the marketing team with a diverse selection of tasks in order to help it meet its goals. Contributing creatively to campaign development, engaging with the audience through various channels, gathering insights to inform marketing strategies, assisting in the logistical aspects of marketing events, and ensuring the smooth execution of various marketing activities.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing captivating marketing campaigns and initiatives, spanning digital advertising, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Manage and invigorate our social media platforms by crafting engaging posts, monitoring trends, and fostering meaningful interactions with our community.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to glean invaluable insights that drive our marketing strategies forward.
  • Assist in the creation of stunning marketing materials, from eye-catching brochures to dynamic presentations, ensuring all content resonates with our brand identity.
  • Help orchestrate and bring to life exciting marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences that leave a lasting impression.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of our marketing efforts and refine our strategies for optimal results.
  • Produce spellbinding content for our website, ensuring each word aligns with our brand voice and SEO goals.

Requirements

  • A creative soul with 1-2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must-have.
  • Knowledge of tools from the Adobe Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. English and Spanish required. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics software.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments but can also steer the ship solo when needed.
  • A keen understanding of SEO principles and how they intertwine with content creation to boost visibility and engagement.
