About the role:

As a Marketing Communication Sr. Executive, you will be responsible to create and implement marketing communication plans aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining customers for our loyalty program. You will collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team to design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, encompassing digital, social media, email, and print mediums if required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement marketing communications strategies that align with the overall business goals of the loyalty program.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Oversee the creative development and production of marketing materials, including website, email, social media, and print collateral.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and propose recommendations for improvement.
  • Establish and manage the budget for marketing communications.
  • Act as the representative of the marketing communications team to internal and external stakeholders.


Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrate a track record of designing and implementing prosperous marketing campaigns.
  • Possess a solid comprehension of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Display proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, and HubSpot.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
  • From 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications, specifically emphasizing loyalty programs.
