“LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES – BASED CANDIDATES”

Position:    Marketing Coordinator / CRM Manager

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9 AM-6 PM EST

Salary Range: $800 – 1500/Month

Responsibilities:

  • CRM System Management: Ensure the Go High-Level CRM operates efficiently for business needs, maintaining system performance and functionality.
  • Technical Support and Issue Resolution: Provide primary support for resolving technical issues within the CRM, focusing on basic problem-solving and quick resolution of system and integration-related issues.
  • Quality Control and Data Integrity: Conduct thorough quality control checks on all CRM activities, focusing on the integrity and accuracy of data within the system.
  • Training and Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of CRM processes and quality control procedures. Offer training to team members on navigating the CRM and adhering to QC standards.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Routinely check CRM functionality, resolving any technical issues that arise with a focus on minimal disruption to operations.
  • Perform quality control audits on customer data entries, updates, and system outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage basic CRM automation tasks and assist with the integration of tools like the workflow builder to simplify daily activities.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather feedback on system issues and quality concerns, addressing these promptly to maintain high standards of CRM use.
  • Develop and update training materials based on quality control findings and system updates, ensuring all team members are informed and competent in using the CRM.
  • Maintain clear documentation of all CRM processes, quality control procedures, and issue resolution outcomes to serve as a knowledge base.
  • Generate simple reports to track issues, resolutions, and the impact of quality control measures on system efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Engage with external support resources as needed to resolve system issues, ensuring a high level of CRM performance and reliability.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting guides and support to team members, fostering a culture of self-service for common issues.
  • Stay updated on Go High-Level updates and features to ensure the CRM is used effectively within the organization.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience with the relevant role
  • Must have strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Must be proficient in Go High-Level CRM, with a basic understanding of other CRM systems and automation tools like Zapier.
  • Must have a solid problem-solving skill with a focus on quick and effective issue resolution.
  • Must have the ability to conduct and manage quality control audits, with a keen eye for identifying and correcting inaccuracies.
  • Should have a basic understanding of marketing and email marketing
  • Should have Excellent communication and training skills, capable of creating clear documentation and educating team members on quality standards.
