Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Lead to spearhead end-to-end marketing efforts for our AI customer service tool tailored for Shopify. As the Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Job Responsibilities: – Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our AI customer service tool to Shopify store owners. – Conduct market research to identify key trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. – Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. – Manage the entire marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion, leveraging various channels including digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and events. – Create compelling and innovative marketing collateral, including website content, landing pages, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations. – Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI. – Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies. Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. – Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or e-commerce industry. – Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and marketing copy. – Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently. – Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and lead generation tools. – Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results. – Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus. System Requirements: – At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup. – A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup. Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption. – A webcam. – Noise-canceling USB Headset. – Quiet, Dedicated Home Office.
