Marketing’s purpose is to raise awareness of Civica’s expertise with its chosen audiences, in its chosen markets. Driving consideration of our products and services & ensuring that prospects & customers prefer Civica solutions relative to the competition. In doing so we drive sufficient volumes of high quality, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the Sales organisation in a timely fashion to deliver on our revenue ambition. For Marketing to deliver on its promises, the Marketing Manager will need to partner with the wider organisation, particularly Marketing Business Partnering and Planning and Marketing Operations to deliver retention, upsell, cross sell, partnership campaigns as well as deliver communications to customers should incidents occur. You will be responsible for delivering innovative marketing campaigns globally to support the businesses growth ambitions within our existing customer base. In this role you will collaborate with colleagues in customer insight, product marketing, brand & influence, campaigns, operations and martech to deliver on that plan. You will lead, coach and manage a team of marketing specialists to deliver integrated campaigns on time and budget driving high quality MQLs. You’ll be adept at managing a team to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and you will build strong working relationships with Marketing Business Partnering and Planning and Marketing Operations. You’ll be expected to deliver campaigns to build, manage and grow the funnel, confidently communicating plans, managing CPL, and optimising campaign journeys to drive results.
