Job Description


At Rhino Entertainment, we are looking for a highly motivated marketing professional with a passion for iGaming to join our team. As Marketing Manager – Norway, reporting to our Commercial Director you will play a central role in conducting competitor analysis and insights, testing products, analyzing campaigns across various teams and execute marketing campaigns for the Norwegian market.

What your role will look like:

  • Competitor Analysis and Insight: Conduct regular analysis of competitors in the iGaming industry. Gather and analyze data on competitor strategies, product offerings, and customer engagement tactics. Translate insights into actionable plans to improve our market positioning in Norway.
  • Conduct Testing of our Products and Competitors’ Products: Design and conduct testing on our products as well as competitors’ products in the Norwegian market. Develop testing protocols, evaluate results, and present findings to the relevant teams. Work with product and development teams to implement changes based on testing results.
  • Analysis of Ongoing Campaigns and Making Recommendations: Analyze ongoing marketing campaigns across multiple teams such as acquisition, CRM, and product. Evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to relevant teams. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management.
  • Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Support in planning and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, search, text, display and affiliate marketing.

Note: This role can be based from our lively office in Malta (Hybrid) or fully remote.

Qualities we are looking for:

  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Norwegian market and/or iGaming experience will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management with a focus on digital media and lifecycle management.
  • Experience in conducting competitor analysis and product testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A curious mindset, with a strong desire to learning new things and look for new opportunities.
  • Proactive, positive, and adaptable approach to work.
