Responsibilities: – This is a key role servicing as a true brand ambassador for the company, driving agent awareness and adoption of our marketing tools, agent satisfaction and brand alignment. – Must enjoy working with high-profile clients, “selling” solutions that are innovative and efficient for both the agent and the company. – Clearly and eloquently communicate brand messages provided by the corporate marketing team. – Assist in transforming brand elements and tools into go-to-market strategies for the firm’s real estate agents. – Work closely with corporate marketing department: – Attend corporate marketing meetings as needed. – Collaborate with creative team to deliver customized marketing pieces for agent campaigns. – Provide feedback on current tools and ideas/strategies to further improve current marketing initiatives. – Monitor agent feedback and escalate complaints to the marketing department. – Prepare marketing activity reports. – Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and office supplies – Plan and manage company meetings and events by establishing budgets, coordinating with event vendors and communicating with agents and guests.
