Media Buyer & SEO Manager

Working hours: Flexible (but must be available during meetings with the Director of Marketing & IT head)
Salary Range: $1,700 – $2,200/ month

About the job:

As the Marketing Specialist at Integrity Home Exteriors, you will oversee both SEO strategy and media buying to optimize our online presence and maximize marketing impact. You will spearhead our SEO strategy to enhance our online presence and drive targeted traffic to our website. Your expertise will be pivotal in increasing our digital footprint and supporting our goal of educating and entertaining our customers. You will work closely with our marketing team to optimize content, improve page rankings, and increase user engagement. 

You will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and acquiring media space to maximize the impact of our marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to determine the best platforms for promoting our services effectively to our target demographic of homeowners aged 45-65. Your strategic and analytical skills will drive ROI through careful selection and management of advertising venues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to enhance online presence and drive targeted traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and guide content creation for various services.
  • Analyze website analytics and collaborate with teams to ensure SEO best practices.
  • Manage off-page optimization projects and stay updated with digital marketing trends.
  • Develop and implement media buying strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Negotiate with media sales companies for cost-effective ad placements.
  • Analyze media campaign effectiveness and optimize based on performance data.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotional strategies.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.


  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager and Media Buyer, with a minimum of 3 years in each field.
  • Agency background preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and media planning.
  • Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword tools. (any similar tools)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to generate detailed reports and present data.
  • Experience with SEO industry programs and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
