Job Description

You’ve probably heard of us being in love with clever things. We also love working in teams, developing data-driven media strategies with a strong business mindset. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, consider joining us as a Media Consultant. Take a look at what we offer below and see if it aligns with your aspirations. Your tasks will include Management of multi-touchpoint performance media campaigns (translated into Humanese: you need to have some experience in several areas, with an emphasis on digital media). Collaboration with the team, agency partners and clients. We need you to familiarize yourself with how and why we do things at Mito, so you can be an integral part of any project. Developing and maintaining an effective partnership with clients and media partners. Participating in new business projects (that sounds vague and opaque and it is – but that’s why it’s so much fun). We need you to have Advanced knowledge of media market and media consumption trends. At least 2 years of work experience as a media planner at an integrated media / digital agency. Self-reliance – all the others will help you gladly anytime but we need you to be able to find your own way and own solutions. Confidence in speaking in front of others and confidence with your presentations. Flawless English knowledge – speaking, thinking, writing or reading. Preferably even dreaming. Experience handling multiple tasks at the same time, also known as multitasking. We know some scientists say that’s impossible but we respectfully disagree. Experience in working with multinational clients. Deadlines should be your best friends and accuracy your middle name. (Now that we see this in writing, it certainly looks creepy. The point is that your projects should be handled accurately and on time. And you should have a cool middle name.) You can score bonus points if you Have experience with B2B and/or performance focused clients. Are informed – have an overview on current trends and best practices in media, and are able to share your knowledge via unsolicited emails. Recipients love it, don’t worry. What makes working at Mito unique: Plenty of challenges. And endless resources to meet them. All four of our business units work on impactful projects throughout the world. Your efforts can and will make a difference in people’s lives, whether they’re booking a plane ticket or want to be delighted by a funny commercial on TV. World-class work requires world-class working conditions. Like a beautiful office in downtown Budapest, MacBooks (if you prefer so), coffee (if you prefer so), fruit (who doesn’t like that), beer, whatever. Hybrid working environment, so you can work from home when you need to, though to keep everything and everyone on track, we do like to meet in person and spend some days at the office. Our Level Up system will reward your professional progress with extra days off every year. A community: Mito has always been a place where the only thing we take seriously is work, so you’ll be able to have fun and meet great people like yourself. From Hackathons to office parties and Easter egg hunting for the kids, we love to spend time together either to get to know each other better or just to…you know. No reason. Dogs are super welcome at the office, and have been ever since Mito’s inception. The freedom to shape your benefits: Whether you’re into individual or team sports, looking for a new set of running shoes, or a gym pass, you can use your flexible personal budget to cover it. You may also use it to improve any of your talents, whether it’s studying German, JavaScript, or how to fix a gas leak. We’ll chip in to take care of your medical expenses, if needed. Additionally, personal budgets can also cover commuting (fancy bike helmet included).
