Ryanair are currently recruiting for an Offers & Promotions Marketing Manager to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!

In this position you will be reporting to the Director of Marketing & Distribution Partnerships.

Duties

  • Plan, develop and execute the performance marketing strategy for Ryanair across customer retention, acquisition, offers and promotions with a goal to drive incremental bookings and customer retention rates while driving down our customer acquisition costs.
  • Define the goals and KPIs of each area, measure the success of your campaigns, and present findings and developments to senior management.
  • Understand the customer base in detail and use knowledge to dictate marketing plans and initiatives that support customer retention and acquisition.
  • Work with our media partner to deliver the paid marketing plans that drive bookings and customer acquisition.
  • Analysing customer data from marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements.
  • Supporting the Director of Marketing & Distribution Partnerships on strategic planning and budget decisions to ensure budget is being spent effectively across key channels.
  • Support team in developing creative briefs that align to brand tone and consider local marketing influences and ensure that marketing campaigns are always topical and relevant.
  • Maximise owned media channels ensuring contactability rates are above industry standards.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimise marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 5+ years’ experience in customer management or digital marketing activities.
  • Experience working cross functionally with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills based on a data driven approach.
  • Ability to manage a cross functional team.
  • Attention to detail combined with creative thinking.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior reporting and editing skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
