Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist

Work Hours: Flexible with at least 4 hours overlap

Pay Range: $900 – $1500/month

Job Description:

We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and convert leads into customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement content and Ads to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and generate leads.
  • Develop, execute, and manage content on various channels including blog posts, social media (images and videos), emails, website copy etc.
  • Develop, test, execute, optimize, and manage Ads on various channels including Google, Facebook, and TikTok (+shorts and reels).
  • Conduct research on key topics to produce educational and engaging Ads that resonate with our target audience. Big plus if you are interested or knowledgeable about law or coding.
  • Understand best practices of SEO and optimize content creation to improve search engine visibility and to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Evaluate metrics related to Ad performance and leverage insights to optimize.

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS in Communications, Marketing, or Business with a minimum of 6 years of (not a deal breaker) experience in digital marketing OR a proven track record for US market
  • Has created and optimized ads on FB and Google and Tik Tok. Must be experienced in Google Analytics 4 and other ad platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, including copywriting, narrating, and editing ads. Can create excellent ads (images and short form videos)
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
