Position : Paid Media Specialist

Salary Range : Up to 1500 USD/month 

Working Hours : To be followed

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This role will work closely with the management and help with day-to-day operation and marketing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, test, and execute advertising campaigns across paid search (e.g., Google, Bing), paid social (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and programmatic (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Microsoft Advertising, The Trade Desk, etc.)
  • Identify and test target audiences and optimize ad placements
  • Create drafts for ad copy and creative; and collaborate with internal teams to drive ideas to production
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust as needed
  • Manage campaign budgets and report on ROI
  • Test new ad platforms, formats, and creatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build client relationships and provide strategic recommendations

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Expertise with Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta ad platforms and products
  • Experience using Figma to ideate and mockup ad designs for review
  • Proven experience in digital media buying and optimization
  • Expertise in paid search, social, display and other paid channels
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ad platforms
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities
  • Creative thinker for innovative campaign ideas and complex problem-solving
  • Adept at managing and adapting to change in the fast-paced digital marketing landscape

  • Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar certifications
  • Experience in financial services or similar regulated industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
