Job Description

At CV-Library we have a clear vision, we want to help the world to work by matching job seekers and businesses on the global platform they need to succeed.

Our mission is also clear for all our team, we help people find jobs and develop their careers and we help businesses find the talent they need to succeed. This also applies to our own businesses within the CV-Library group too!

We ensure that every piece of work we do at CV-Library ensures we can achieve this, it makes us who we are! We have a fun and vibrant culture where results are expected, recognised, and rewarded. Our people make us who we are, we also happen to be a very talented bunch!

Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and exceptionally talented Partnerships and Affiliates Manager to join our marketing team and play a leading role in developing our successful traffic partner network.

Our Partnership and Affiliates channel is one of the most critical areas of our business, supporting our future global expansion. This individual will develop and execute new jobseeker acquisition strategies across a range of third-party partners and drive revenue through the sale of backfill traffic to wholesale partners, which will generate revenue for CV-Library and Resume-Library.

The objective of this key role is to deliver user acquisition growth through new and existing demand-side partners, underlined by a range of KPIs across quality and cost efficiency.

This is a hands-on role, responsible for working with a small team but you will also be a seasoned expert with in-depth affiliate and partnership marketing expertise, bringing with them an established external network.

  • You will develop and execute our partnership and affiliates strategy across the CV-Library Group in both the UK and US markets, with further global expansion over the next 24 months.
  • Manage the channel’s delivery against agreed acquisition volumes and ROI targets.
  • Build and manage the pipeline of new affiliate partners, achieving genuine and measurable growth from a blend of fixed-cost and CPC partnerships.
  • Nurture our relationships with existing partners to ensure we are achieving maximum value and secure new opportunities with partners that we are yet to identify.
  • Ensure our user acquisition delivery from partners is meeting customer demand profitably.
  • Lead the negotiation of commercial terms with partners, demonstrating clear ROI against spend, supporting the team to do this also.
  • Being a hands-on, you will win revenue generated from wholesale partners and manage those relationships.
  • Quickly develop an in-depth understanding of existing and future strategy, ensuring alignment with the partner and affiliate opportunities you are developing.
  • Regularly report on partner and affiliate performance to senior stakeholders (including SLT) and provide regular business updates on results, strategy, and future deliverables.

  • You will come from a business development background with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial, influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expert understanding of affiliate tracking methodologies, data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Experience working alongside (or within) a performance marketing team.
  • Previous experience managing a team but comfortable also being an individual contributor with your own pipeline.
  • You will have experience working across all levels of the business, including with board level stakeholders.

If we haven’t already captured your interest and sparked your excitement at the prospect of joining us, then perhaps the below will:

  • 25 days annual leave, plus additional days for length of service and your birthday!
  • Regular team incentives and social events, including annual Christmas and Summer parties
  • Staff Gift Shop
  • Life Insurance and Company Pension
  • Employee Assistance Programme (Mental Health & Well-being support)
  • Great culture and work environment
