We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Manager who is not only a digital social butterfly but also a strategic thinker, capable of creating authentic engagement, leveraging social media channels for growth, and converting onlookers into loyal customers and raving fans. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of digital marketing to manage, expand, and enhance our brand’s online presence. This role is a full-time remote position. Requirements: – 2+ years proven experience as a Social Media Content Manager for a Personal Brand – Expert in creating content across multiple social media platforms and channel-specific strategies – In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and social media KPIs – Ability to adopt brand voice and create relatable, engaging content – Video editing skills (Capcut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier) – Graphic design proficiency (Photoshop, InDesign) – Experience collaborating with sales and customer success teams – Proactive identification of future trends in digital technologies – Strong focus on growing followers across various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Content Creation and Management: – Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy across all social media platforms – Create, curate, manage, and optimize published content (images, video, written) – Ensure brand consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice – Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising, and coordinate with influencers and partners for promotional activities Growth and Engagement: – Implement growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversion rates – Set channel-specific goals and guidelines, tailoring content and strategy to each platform – Engage with the community, responding timely to queries and monitoring reviews – Utilize Chat Funnel Marketing to launch lead-generating and revenue-generating campaigns Collaboration and Campaign Management: – Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and content teams to ensure brand consistency – Design and execute results-driven, lead-generating, and high-converting social media campaigns – Manage social media with CRM tools like HubSpot, associating social posts with relevant marketing campaigns Reporting and Analysis: – Monitor, report, and analyze the performance of social media platforms – Track important KPIs, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies based on performance data – Stay up-to-date with trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
