If so, this is the chance to apply now! đź“Ą Job purpose: PeopleCert is looking for a Product Marketing Associate – Language Qualifications to execute innovative 360° GTM strategies for our language products and drive awareness and engagement towards high global adoption and significant growth. You will play a key role in supporting and executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive awareness, engage customers, and generate leads for our Language qualifications portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Duties and responsibilities: Assist in the development, execution and management of marketing campaigns/product launches across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and print. Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, working closely with designers, copywriters, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing materials and tools that support lead generation, lead qualification, and sales and partner enablement. Support lead generation efforts through email marketing, lead nurturing campaigns, content marketing, and other tactics to drive traffic and conversions. Collaborate with internal teams to collect and report on marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies. Monitor and report marketing spend per initiative. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices for marketing strategies and tactics. Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, contributing ideas and insights to enhance marketing strategies and tactics. Minimum required skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s in marketing, business, or related field. Master’s degree will be a plus. Experience in Language Portfolio is a must. Marketing experience would be considered as a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is required (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus). Proven experience in marketing plans and campaigns coordination/execution, and experience in B2B/ B2C product marketing would also be a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving ability. Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs): Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared. If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include: A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check. Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence). HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC). Financial background check. Employment reference check. If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK. In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
