Due to fast growth we are recruiting for a Product Marketing Director to be accountable for the strategic direction and execution of product marketing initiatives. Areas of responsibility will include: Divisional Strategy, Proposition Portfolio Oversight, Market Analysis and Positioning, Cross-functional Collaboration, Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution, Performance Metrics and Analysis, Budget Management. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and innovative Product Marketing Manager looking for the next step. Essential experience: Ability to think strategically and align product marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives of the division and the organisation. Market Insight: Strong analytical skills to conduct & commission market research, understand customer needs, and stay abreast of industry trends, ensuring informed decision making. Proven leadership skills – be able to build and lead a high-performing product marketing team, Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with other departments, Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas, present product strategies, and create compelling messaging for both internal and external stakeholders. Go-to-Market (GTM) Expertise: Experience developing and executing effective GTM strategies for product launches, ensuring successful market entry and sustained growth. Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs, leveraging customer feedback to enhance products and marketing strategies. Has the ability to understand and navigate the competitive landscape, identify growth opportunities, and enable informed business decisions. A focus on achieving measurable results, setting and monitoring KPIs, and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve product marketing performance. Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions, embrace innovation, and lead the development of creative and impactful props. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and overcome obstacles in the execution of product marketing strategies. The ability to influence key stakeholders and negotiate effectively to gain support for product marketing initiatives and strategic decisions.
