Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for keeping all projects on track by working under the direction of the Partner to maintain communication, budgets and clear direction between all team members and the client. Scheduling, budgeting, coordinating project efforts, resourcing, and hours tracking are all key to exceeding client expectations. The Senior Project Manager understands the creative development process in all its forms and is supporting the internal team along the entirety of project lifecycles to ensure success. Skills: ● Proficient in all aspects of project management process groups (initiating, budgeting, planning, executing, monitoring / controlling, tracking) ● Knows project management principles, processes and software ● Proactive, able to anticipate needs and act quickly and efficiently ● Conflict resolution/Negotiation skills ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. ● Account and Product Management ● Efficient, detail-oriented and thorough Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree ● 6-8 year’s project management experience in a multi-disciplinary client service environment ● 3-4 years managing both B2B and B2C marketing projects ● Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design and aesthetics. ● Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Experience managing a global team ● Agency experience preferred Responsibilities: ● Assist in defining and managing project scope, deliverables, schedule and resource needs ● Forecast timing and resource management across a range of projects ● Organize client files to ensure all jobs have properly archived assets ● Prepare project briefs for creative and coding teams ● Manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional team members ● Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes ● Clearly communicate project status, issues and solutions-oriented resolution to the internal team ● Prepare status reports for clients ● Compile notes after every internal and client-facing meeting and follow-up with appropriate teams ● Prepare detailed meeting/conference reports after each client call/meeting and distribute to key team members ● Review all work before delivering to client; coordinate internal reviews and implementation related QA efforts. ● Proactively manage calendar of client deliverables and internal deliverables in order to have proper reviews prior to client delivery ● Route all job deliverable documents to appropriate internal staff for strategic review, updates, copyediting, etc. and track accordingly ● Maintain an optimal level of awareness of company client relationships, projects, activities, changing policies, and initiatives
