In the PCW-Tech (GoCompare) Salesforce Marketing Cloud sqaud we are transforming our current implementation and technical approach. Over the course of the next 2 years we will build a centre of excellence for this Team and extend our capabilities in using SFMC. You will work closely with Team Lead and Director of Engineering to deliver these improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced digital marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation studio.
  • Managing and building Audience Segmentations, Analytical reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Configure and optimize marketing automation processes, including customer journeys, email campaigns, and customer segmentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integrated systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates and ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Drive continuous technical improvement initiatives within the marketing technology stack, ensuring best and efficient practices in data management, reuse of components and security.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Data Extensions and Administration
  • Strong knowledge of CRM concepts and best practices, including marketing automation, lead management, and customer segmentation
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, such as Email Specialist, Consultant, Administrator, or Developer, are highly preferred.
  • Proficient in AMPscript and SQL for data manipulation and personalization within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of good working practices effective reuse of components and efficient data structures
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud integration with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
