The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SEO, email marketing, and social media management. They will demonstrate proficiency in SEO principles and best practices, including site audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building, along with familiarity with SEO tools. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in content creation, post scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis across various social media platforms. Responsibilities: – MSDS Document Management: Ensure the availability and accuracy of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all products, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. – Monthly Email Newsletter: Develop and distribute engaging monthly email newsletters to subscribers, featuring relevant updates, promotions, and industry news. – SEO Implementation: Execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building efforts. – Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies. – Website Management: Oversee website content and updates, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and SEO best practices for improved user experience and search engine rankings. – Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and coordinate email marketing campaigns using platforms like Constant Contact or Mailchimp, targeting relevant audiences and optimizing for engagement and conversions. – Document Reformatting: Prioritize the creation and formatting of MSDS forms, ingredient lists, and other essential documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. – Social Media Content Creation: Generate compelling content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, and videos, to drive engagement and increase brand visibility. – Data Scraping for Leads: Utilize data scraping techniques to gather targeted leads for marketing campaigns, ensuring a qualified and relevant audience. – Video Creation and Editing: Produce and edit videos for marketing purposes, including promotional content, tutorials, and product demonstrations, to enhance brand storytelling and engagement. – SEM Management: Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, to increase website traffic and conversions. – Marketing Material Design: Develop visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, business cards, and flyers, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging. – Community/Facebook Group Management: Engage with community members and manage Facebook groups, fostering a sense of community and driving engagement through discussions and interactions. – Platform Familiarity: Maintain proficiency in email marketing platforms like Constant Contact and ecommerce platforms like BigCommerce, leveraging their features for effective marketing campaigns and online sales.
