About Searchland

We are a new fast-growing B2B prop-tech company looking to change the way businesses and individuals access and use property data. Our customers include property developers, land agents, architects, and planners. Our database of planning and property information is one of the most advanced in the country and we are looking for a Social & Content Executive to take our marketing to the next-level.


This role will involve working closely with the Head of Marketing and Founders to supercharge our social presence – primarily via Linkedin. We’re looking for someone with a flair for trying something different, a genuine passion for social content creation and the ability to adapt to changing trends.

It will include creating a comprehensive calendar of relevant and exciting posts for our company page – covering product announcements, testimonials, events and thought leadership. You will be creating a diverse array of content from written posts, video content, reels, event coverage, thought leadership and infographics.

You will also be responsible for developing our personal branding content – helping our founders and sales team create engaging, actionable industry-centric posts for their accounts.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Planning a comprehensive yet flexible calendar of organic social content for our accounts
  • Leading the development and delivery of personal branding content for our founders and sales team
  • Converting existing content into social-ready posts
  • Developing original content from our data and analytics
  • Attending company events and exhibitions for social coverage
  • Advising, encouraging and engaging the wider team to increase their social activity
  • Assisting with blog writing, written testimonials and product announcements
  • Developing visual content such as graphics and infographics (with support from Graphic Designer)



  • Experience managing and developing consistent content for a Company Page
  • Creating engaging content for personal accounts (a founder/CEO or your account)
  • An awareness of social trends, emerging strategies and winning formulas
  • Ability to self-shoot, edit and deliver short-form video content e.g reels
  • Understanding social metrics and analysing social performance
  • Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot


  • Previous experience with SAAS companies
  • Ability to design and create visual elements such as graphics, infographics and
  • Experience writing and delivering written content such as blogs, testimonials and product announcements if required.
