In this role, you’ll be the voice of our brand on social media, fostering a thriving online community and driving meaningful engagement. What you’ll do: Be the Social Media Sheriff: Moderate comments and messages across all our social media platforms, ensuring a safe and positive online environment. Become a Community Champion: Engage with our followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships that turn fans into brand advocates. Measure the Magic: Track key social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights to optimize our social strategy. Craft Compelling Reports: Present social media performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities. Identify Influencer All-Stars: Research and connect with social media influencers who align with our brand values for potential partnerships. Stay on Top of Trends: Keep a pulse on the ever-evolving social media landscape, identifying new trends and opportunities for engagement. Requirements: Who you are: 1 to 3 years of experience in social media community management or a related field. Proven track record of building and engaging online communities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your voice to different platforms and audiences in both English and Arabic. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools. Understanding of influencer marketing and partnership opportunities. A passion for social media and a genuine interest in our industry. Bonus points for: Experience with social media scheduling and management tools. Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). Experience creating engaging social media content (text, visuals, videos).
