About the opportunity:

We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a global award-winning media business based in Southwest London.

We are presenting an exciting NEW opportunity for a dynamic and results driven SubscriptionSales and Marketing Executive to join their team.

The key focus of your role will be identifying and growing sales of personal and corporate subscriptions whilst nurturing relationships with existing customers to encourage subscription renewals.  

You will be tasked with delivering marketing communications through a mix of both digital and traditional techniques utilising the test and learn insights to enhance results. You will effectively manage your time across both B2B and B2C sides of the organisation, developing trusted relationships with the key account clients and negotiate new and existing contract agreements.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a sales and marketing role ideally within the publishing or events industry.

What GREAT looks like:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

·        Previous experience in both sales and marketing.

·        Ability to deliver effective marketing communications across all channels using both digital and traditional techniques.

·        Outbound subscription sales experience.

·        Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and resilient.

·        Results driven with a strong eye for detail.

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·        Must live within a commutable distance to the offices in South-West London.  


In return we are offering:

·        A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum plus commission dependent on skills, knowledge, and experience.

·        33 days annual leave (25 days plus bank holidays). We also offer up to an additional 3 days paid time off during the Christmas office closure period. You will also receive an extra day’s annual leave after your 5th anniversary.

·        Pension contributions will be matched up to 5%.

·        Death in Service of two times annual salary.

·        Maternity pay & Paternity pay.

·        Summer hours – An early finish on Fridays during July and August.  (discretionary).
