Job Description



Position: Affiliate Outreach Specialist

Work Hours: Flexible US time zone

Pay Range: $800 – $1200 monthly

  • – Identify and target potential TikTok creators who align with the brand’s values and goals.
  • – Develop and maintain relationships with existing TikTok creators to foster collaborations and partnerships.
  • – Create and manage TikTok Shop affiliate programs to incentivize creators to promote the brand and its products.
  • – Negotiate terms and agreements with TikTok creators and TikTok Shop affiliate partners, including compensation, content usage rights, and performance expectations.
  • – Collect feedback from creators, affiliates, and the TikTok community to continuously improve strategies and initiatives.
  • – Monitor the performance of affiliate partnerships and adjust strategies as needed.
  • – Collaborate with creators to develop engaging and authentic TikTok content that promotes the brand’s products or services.
  • – Use analytics tools to track the performance of TikTok campaigns, collaborations, and affiliate partnerships.
  • – Provide regular reports and insights to measure the success of initiatives and suggest improvements.
  • – Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • – Manage the budget allocated for TikTok marketing and influencer collaboration efforts, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • – Design and implement TikTok campaigns that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand’s messaging.
  • – Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the success of TikTok growth and outreach efforts.
  • – Build a strong TikTok community around the brand by engaging with followers and encouraging user-generated content.

  • – Familiarity with the TikTok Shop platform.
  • – Skills in budget planning and management for campaigns and partnerships.
  • – Understanding of TikTok’s guidelines and legal considerations.
  • – Knowledge of TikTok affiliate marketing platform and tracking.
