Project Manager (Localisation & Events) – IN

Fixed term contract

As a Project Manager across Marketing, Events, PR and Brand Reputation initiatives, your responsibilities include running both owned and operated and paid media campaigns for the brand, leading the localisation of relevant programmes, content and organisation of online events with key opinion formers like government representatives, NGOs, industry leaders, journalists, creators, and film & TV players. 

Additionally, you will also play an active role in developing stakeholder relationships across internal, cross-functional teams as well as third-party partners. You keep the trains on time, with excellent project management, execution and communication skills.

Role:

  • Program management and execution across online marketing events, workshops, webinars, virtual roundtables, KOI (key opinion leader) briefings, digital production
  • Through strategic, analytical, and results-driven approaches, building relationships with and influencing stakeholders of all levels, including cross-functional teams, third-party partners and vendors.
  • Close oversight of the localisation process when validating localised marketing assets to ensure they are easily understood and relevant to vernacular-first users.
  • Collaborate with vendor and production agencies through creative briefings, brand guardianship, production timelines and roll-out plans.
  • Making the services and communications more inclusive to Indian users by validating assets like research surveys, creative assets, UI, and more.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the media, journalists, public policyholders, Government agencies, influencers, and KOLs.

You: 

  • Extensive project management and program management experience required
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including multi-stakeholder management across multiple markets
  • 2+ years of experience in technology preferred, or a demonstrated understanding and interest in the technology business
  • Existing relationships with the media, journalists, public policyholders, Government agencies, influencers, and KOLs.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to manage validation of localised marketing assets
  • Strong project management, ability to work across project teams on several projects at once
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities, strength in working under tight timelines, and an easy-going attitude in high-stress environments
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and independent thinker with good analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentations skills and fluent in Hindi to manage projects across the India market.
