We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our brand in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) market or coaching industry. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass digital, social, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) market or coaching industry. Lead cross-functional marketing teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights that inform marketing strategy and campaign development. Oversee the development of creative assets, messaging, and content that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and conversion. Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track performance metrics to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI) and budget efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, sales, and customer support to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and customer needs. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to support their growth and success. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus. Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies and tactics. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to push boundaries and explore new ideas. Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives. Experience in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) market or coaching industry is preferred.
