We are currently seeking an Affiliate Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our affiliate marketing program, as well as developing and executing effective social media strategies to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  • Create and implement Pay Per Click and affiliate/influencer campaigns on search engines, social media platforms and internet sites.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators for affiliate program and social media campaigns.
  • Identify and recruit affiliates who align with our target audience, with a specific emphasis on social media influencers, on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Continuously optimize affiliate partnerships and campaigns to maximize conversions across all social media channels.
  • Collaborate with Creative Team to create and maintain affiliate marketing collateral and brand guidelines.
  • Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Generate captivating content (e.g. text, news, blogs, photos, videos and other content) for social media platforms.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Collaborate with internal Creative and Marketing teams to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights on ROI’s and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and effective.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and 3 or more years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, platforms, and trends.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC and affiliate/influencer campaigns on all major search engines, social media platforms and internet sites.
  • Knowledge of website and marketing data analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Proficient in managing affiliate networks and relationships.
  • Experience in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Understanding of social media KPIs; tracking and interpreting metrics to enhance engagement and optimization.
  • Proficient in MS Office, content software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and applications (CRM, Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Working knowledge of HTML or experience with is a plus
  • Experience or interest in the health and wellness industry
